The items are gorgeous. This review is for HKN. I’ve been a loyal customer for well over a year, spending over $17,000 with this company. They reported a “return tequest” from me. I went to my bank, and investigated it with the financial advisor, contacted PayPal, and Shopify. NONE HAD A REQUEST FOR ANY REFUND. They suggested it was a scam. HKN reported that they refunded the money, NONE of my accounts received any refund. I placed many orders during this time. I ordered 2 orders in memory of my mother, and they refused to send them to me even though my payment processed and they received the money. I told
My financial advisor this situation. She stated that they needed to refund my money or send the items. That she had already proven that there was no refund request made. HKN sent my money back, which I received. This is the only refund I have ever received from HKN. I AM DISAPPOINTED, because those items were in memory of my mother. I am also disappointed that they could dismiss a loyal customer who has bought so much stuff, and brought in new customers to them. I am now banned from placing orders, which breaks my heart. I have begun searching for a company that is similar. I’ve found several former employees of HKN that have started their own company or are starting. I have ordered from them, but it isn’t the same. Other companies as well, that offer the exact same items only cheaper and better quality. But it isn’t the same. Be aware that HKN can turn on their customers for reasons that YOU prove are not valid then ban you with no problem of hurting their bottom line. They pretend to care all while raising their prices then they toss you out like rubbish. I am disappointed and extremely sad.
